Multi Step Protein Evaluation

We have added some wonderful new tests to our repertoire and are excited to share them with you.

We now offer a Multi-Step Protein Evaluation test (MSPE) that provides ruminant availability and intestinal digestibility values that relate to real world digestion. The ruminant animal requires protein, as amino acids, at the intestine. Thus characterisation of the protein fractions is a more valuable tool than just a blunt crude protein.

MSPE is a multistage wet chemistry assay with about a 14 day turnaround. It is a cost effective test that is recommended and used widely by leading USA nutritionists to help evaluate protein sources and co-products used in rations.
